Pressboard Mortgage File Folders

Organize mortgage paperwork using eight manila dividers with preprinted tabs. Front dividers has preprinted form for applicant's basic information and an inventory checklist to keep track of documents added to the folder. Includes a manila jacket for smaller papers, compressor for tightly binding contents. Flat metal tab has a replaceable insert, and preprinted tab dividers and jackets can be ordered separately for reuse of folder.

• Includes 10 legal size folders (14-3/4" W x 10" H) with a flat metal 2/5-cut tab in right position. Each folder contains 8 dividers (14-3/8" W x 9" H), and 1 file jacket (14-5/8" W x 9" H)
• Divider sets include the following headings: Insurance, Tax and Assessment Receipts, Mortgage, Title Papers, Attorney's Opinion, Appraisal, Credit Reports and Application
• Folders are made of heavy weight 25 point pressboard stock for superior durability. Divider and file jacket are made of 11 point manila stock
