Shipping Information:
- Shipping Notification February 21 2024: Smead orders will experience a delay of 10-14 days. Smead values the patience and understanding of its customers during this period of exciting updates to the site. Shipping is to resume March 4th, 2024.
- Orders under $50.00: Shipping to the contiguous USA (48 states) is available for a flat rate of $6.95.
- Orders $50.00 and Up: Enjoy FREE Shipping to the contiguous USA (48 states).
- Shipping Restrictions: Please note that shipping is not available outside the contiguous USA (48 states).
Sales Tax Policy:
The Smead Manufacturing Company complies with state law and collects sales taxes as required. These taxes may include state, county, and/or city taxes. However, if you have a registered account with us and we have your exemption certificate on file, Smead.com will not collect sales taxes from you.
Order Processing and Transit Time:
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 2 business days for the processing of your order.
- Transit Time: The estimated transit time for your order is between 2 to 5 days.
- Shipping Services: Smead utilizes either UPS Ground service or UPS SurePost service, depending on the size of the package.
Shipping Schedule:
- Shipping Days: We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
- Service Limitations: Please note that rush, expedited, or air service options are not available.
- Shipping Destinations: Shipments are limited to the contiguous United States (48 states), including military postal addresses such as APO.
