The FasTab Hanging Fastener Folder combines the convenience of a hanging folder with the functionality of a fastener folder. Smead's patented SafeSHIELD® coated fasteners protect against paper tears, finger cuts, excessive fastener crinkling and eliminate paper curling in the bottom of the folder. With the added benefit of FasTab, these folders are easy to label by either handwriting directly on the tab or applying self-adhesive labels.

  • Includes 18 letter size (11-3/4” W x 10” H overall, exclusive of rods) hanging file folders with SafeSHIELD fasteners and 1/3-cut built-in tabs in assorted positions
  • Each top tab fastener file folder has 2 separate filing surfaces for organizing important documents, ensuring they are secure, protected, and easy to access for maximum efficiency
