Shipping Rates

Our Shipping Rates Are Simple:

  • Orders under $100.00 – $6.95 Shipping to the contiguous USA (48 states).
  • Orders $100.00 and Up – FREE SHIPPING! to the contiguous USA (48 states).

Exclusions: Large commercial-sized U Brands boards are not eligible for free shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping is not available outside the contiguous USA (48 states).

Note: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address that UPS can deliver to.

Shipping Policy

  • Please allow 2 business days for processing your order.
  • Transit time is 2 to 5 business days depending on destination.
  • Smead.com ships using UPS Ground or UPS SurePost, depending on package size.
  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. No rush, expedited, or air service is available.
  • Shipments are only available within the contiguous United States (48 states), including military postal addresses (APO, etc.).

Sales Tax Policy

Smead Manufacturing Company (Smead.com) collects sales tax as required by state law, which may include state, county, and/or city taxes.

Tax-Exempt Orders: If you have a registered account and we have your exemption certificate on file, Smead.com will not collect sales tax.
