We minimized the amount of plastic used to produce these pencils and replaced it with reclaimed and renewable wheat straw (that's what the little speckles are). Less plastic waste, more happy writing with these pens that lay down ink ultra smooth and bold at a 0.7mm point size. These pens are sold in packaging produced from recycled materials.
