Hi,

I need ideas for filing documents that are categorized by a rating number and alphabetically.  I was thinking of grouping first by rating and within the ratings groups, alphabetically.

I also need to rotate files after they've been edited and thought a separate location for these that would then be refiled into the first groupings. I'm talking about 8 rating groups and approx. 200 individual files.

I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to handle this effectively.
