We recommend using no more than 20 trackers at the same time.

How good is the glue on Stick-N-Find?

We use 3M VHB adhesive. It adheres to most surfaces and achieves full strength in about 1 hour.

With what smartphones does Stick-N-Find work?

Stick-N-Find is compatible iOS devices with Bluetooth 4.0 (iPhone 4s, iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, new iPad, New Touch, mini iPad). It also works on Android devices from Samsung (Galaxy S3, Galaxy S4, Galaxy S4 Mini, and Note 2. Support for more Android devices is coming soon.

Do I need a separate adapter or special case for my phone?

Nothing special is required. Stick-N-Find will communicate directly with your smartphone via Bluetooth Low Energy.

What is the range of Stick-N-Find?

The range is approximately 100 feet or about 30 meters.

How long will the battery last?

The battery will last up to a year.

Do I need to remove the Stick-N-Find to replace the battery?

No.

How do I replace the battery?

There is a small gap between the top and bottom of the sticker case. Use a small coin or tool to separate each side, popping the tracker open.

What kind of battery does Stick-N-Find use?

The Stick-N-Find uses a commonly-found CR2016 watch battery.

Can the Stick-N-Find app show me the direction to the tracker?

The Radar screen can be used to approximate the distance of the Stick-N-Find tracker to your device, but not the exact direction.

How do you attach Stick-N-Find to your key ring?

Each Stick-N-Find comes with a key fob mounting plate. Adhere the Stick-N-Find to the fob and then put the fob on your key ring.
