The smead hangil folders with tab are a must when it comes to organizing an office. They are durable, and efficient. Everyone loves the idea of having the new filing system in the office. You can use the tabs by naming the file or by using an alphabetical system. Everything is at your reach when it comes to using these filing folders, and tabs can be adjusted so you never miss the files names.

All the doc were here and there messy in my studio until I purchased this file at amazon.com. It had a very reasonable price and I bought just one box and it did declutter my life once and for all. I can give a strong recommendation for this.

The Hanging file folders are very sturdy and easy to use in any filing system. They hold a good deal of paper and stand the test of time.

Using hanging file folders makes any documentation/paperwork easy to store in its designated space--until you decide to extract it to write the information in document/paper to computer or discard and reuse hanging folder space for another subject.

This is an excellent labeling system. I have been using smead viewables for the last 13 years. The files are easy to find. Smead's software is easy to use. You can view the labels from any direction.

I WILL ONLY ORDER SMEAD HANGING FILE FOLDERS. THEY ARE WELL MADE AND LAST FOR YEARS. I TRIED OTHER BRANDS IN THE PAST TO TRY TO SAME THE COMPANY SOME MONEY, BUT THE OTHER BRANDS FELL APART & I HAD TO GO BACK WITH THE SMEAD BRAND.

I use these every day in my home office, and am considering purchasing a larger file cabinet, so will be needing more. I wouldn't purchase any other brand. They last and last and do not fall apart.
