Using hanging file folders makes any documentation/paperwork easy to store in its designated space--until you decide to extract it to write the information in document/paper to computer or discard and reuse hanging folder space for another subject.

I WILL ONLY ORDER SMEAD HANGING FILE FOLDERS. THEY ARE WELL MADE AND LAST FOR YEARS. I TRIED OTHER BRANDS IN THE PAST TO TRY TO SAME THE COMPANY SOME MONEY, BUT THE OTHER BRANDS FELL APART & I HAD TO GO BACK WITH THE SMEAD BRAND.

I use these every day in my home office, and am considering purchasing a larger file cabinet, so will be needing more. I wouldn't purchase any other brand. They last and last and do not fall apart.

Long-time great, the Smead Hanging File Folder has been a favorite for good reason!
It is sturdy and stands up to daily use. I highly recommend this file with the Smead Viewables. They make a great combination.

The smead hangil folders with tab are a must when it comes to organizing an office. They are durable, and efficient. Everyone loves the idea of having the new filing system in the office. You can use the tabs by naming the file or by using an alphabetical system. Everything is at your reach when it comes to using these filing folders, and tabs can be adjusted so you never miss the files names.
