I drink tea and coffee and these folders are great for protecting my documents from drips and spills. Additionally, red is color I use for items that need a response or follow up within a certain time frame so the color is so easy to spot among my regular file folders without creating a special tickler. Finally, since I use removable labels, I can re-use these file folders with minimal impact on the environment.

I use the Poly File Folders for organizing my projects. I place each project in a different folder to avoid my projects to get mixed together. I love these folders, they can be recycled. To extend their life, I use a 3x3 post-it note on the tab for my project name, also I can see thru them, very helpful. Just remove the post-it when the project is done and they are good to go again.
