After 18 years of taping the end tab or spine of the folders back together I had had ENOUGH!! I searched my options for a file folder that would not only be sturdy enough to with stand the force we put them through, but also something that would organize the mounds of forms in each chart. I had a hard time finding my vision until I came across the Smead Classification file folder. It does everything I had hoped for. It keeps the patient info in 1 place, the treatment notes in another and the X-rays neatly organized into Smeads clear poly retention jackets. Thank you Smead for you cutting edge design!!
