Rated 5 out of 5 Brighten & Lighten your load! I have ordered these folders for my office to help keep the guys and their projects color coded and organized. When I came to work here, it was boring old manila. NOT ANY MORE! These help distinguish between jobs and have helped the guys stay organized and look on top of everything when they walk in to meetings. They are durable and none of these colors is too dark for the clear labels with black print we use. Will be ordering the jeweled ones for office stuff in the next few weeks!!! May 6, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5Âby Get Organized! Do you know what I love most?... Being able to see my desk. I work for an apartment community and we keep a folder for each of our tenants. Instead of having papers scattered everywhere, they can neatly be contained in these folders. Unlike some regular manilla file folders, these are heavier stock and aren't flimsy when stuffed full of papers. As an added bonus, they come in vibrant colors. Having a little more selection than just plain old beige is a nice addition to my day. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone - whether you need it for home files or office files! Rated 4 out of 5Âby Color Code It! Smead file folders come in a great variety of color. We use the different colors to keep our employee files organized by section. Our Human Resources department finds the color code system to be to find a great time savings. The only, very small complaint, is that every once and a while the 3 different tab top types end up being unbalanced in a box making it more difficule to stager the employee files. This is an easy and inexpensive way to organize. I also applaud Smead products for being made in U.S.A. and responsibly made from recycled content. May 10, 2013

And depending on the type of business, you may not have as much flexability to decorate and have your work space enjoyable. These color folders completely brighten up your area. Not only are these folders fun to have, they are great for organization. I am a neat freak and I have different tasks and responsibilities in my office. I like to keep each responsibility filed in a different color to make sure that I keep myself organized. It also helps brighten up the day. When you have fun colors to work with, it helps you relax and open your mind to new and fun things to do. May 7, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 Durable & Vibrant Color We are a green office and we use green folders for our marketing. I then use yellow and this pretty teal as my other meeting folders (blue + yellow = green) for the guys. Not feminine (or they wouldn't use them) but such a vibrant color.
